What does "Alt"mean here?
i have one trader in my friend list,and his profile is said:“This user has been banned permanently by Pretendeer - Impersonated for the following reason: Alt.”Does it mean add rep by himself with another account?

A 2nd account on the same IP address. It probably means he's a banned user/scammer trying to evade their ban.

Yea, his main account probably got banned so he is using another account to get onto outpost.

Does outpost ban people accounts who have alt accounts or just for a banned person trying to evade a ban?

They only ban scammer alts.
