How long does it takes for a scammer to get banned from Outpost?
I recently reported a user (http://www.tf2outpost.com/user/125394 ) for being involved in a paypal scam and the scam report was accepted and the thread was locked by a moderator and archived (https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/groups/tf2outpost/discussions/8/864959809702184809/).

But then, the scammer has yet to be banned and continues to try and scam more ppl as seen in the trade here: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/8692637

So I was just wondering, how long does it takes for the scammer to be banned?

Wow, this guy is an idiot. He's offering no-trust involved rep. for a paypal offer. It's obvious he's scamming and he's not even being clever about it...
