[Closed] What are Private Notes?
I noticed that all of the banned users on TF2OP have references to "private notes," such as "This user has been banned permanently by Archangel for the following reason: Possible carder (see private notes)."

Are private notes available for public view? If so, where?

No, they're probably for admins/mods.

They're notes, which are private.

If they were available for public view, they wouldn't be called private notes. We use them for all manner of details, for example, if we suspect someone of sharking for example, but don't have enough evidence, we'll note it in their private notes.
