Is this against the rules?
My friend recently traded away an unusual for 3 lower tier unusuals. While discussing the person to be traded with said that one of the hats was a certain effect. After trading, my friend realized it wasnt that effect and the person would not trade back. His backpack lost more than a bud in value.

Sorry that its not very descriptive, He is looking to ban but Im questioning whether he can be banned because my friend didnt check closely.

Hes got screenshots where the person says a different effect than what was traded.

EDIT: The screenshot is not of him lying but instead admitting he lied. My friend is still working on getting the other screenshot. http://i.imgur.com/xWIFlAP.png

If he lied then this is pretty much scamming and is reportable. Yes he can be banned for this.

He should screenshot as much as he can, I'm not sure if that's enough an admin will have to decide.
