I cannot access my Steam Inventory in TF2 Outpost. What do I do?

When I try accessing my Steam Inventory to sell game cards, it says this 'Oh... we couldn't find your backpack...
This player's profile or inventory is set to private ('friends only' is not sufficient, it has to be 'public').' when my inventory is completely public. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

I can't access my TF2 inventory kind of annoying ..

There's a setting that says "keep my steam inventory private regardless of other profile settings". Disable it.
