Disappointed :(
I'm really disappointed in BSoD action towards me. I got banned just because i called "scammer" (i just dont know more precise word for this action - trying to sell duped unusual) - jackass?? C'mon! In my trade i asked not to offer me duped items, but as u all know, there are too many people who just ignore trade's note reading.. After he even apologized to me, for not reading.. Is this really punishable with ban? Couldn't he just warn me?
It gives the impression that outpost is protecting scammers..

First off, he's not a scammer. There's nothing wrong with duped unusuals. Second you were being rude and you insulted another used which is against the rules. Your ban only lasts 24 hours so it's not the end of the world. Learn from this and don't make the same mistake again.

then how would u call such person? just to know what would be the best description (i know thats not scamming, fraud? maybe)..
if u dont care about dupes - thats on u, i dont want them, and im clearly have written that in my trade.
didnt know, that "jackass" is something soooooo rude.. as i remember from my childhood even in cortoons like "tom & jerry" and "road runner" were used this word - and those cartoons are suitable for any age.
ofc its not the end of the world, i said, that im just disappointed..

bsod, laughing and blind following of the rules isnt anything exemplary..
1) I'm not laughing.

2) Following rules is always exemplary.

3) You don't call people anything.

4) If you have real proof of a scam, report to the respective community.

5) Selling duped hats is not scamming.

I don't think you got banned just because you said "jackass". Your general tone was very rude towards him. You could have said "no thank you" and hide his post or just simply ignore it.

I would call him someone who didn't fully read your notes. And frankly I don't blame him, your notes are so long and full of colors and bold text that it's a pain to look at. Keep your notes simple and you will have less problems with people not reading them.

There's no reason for you to be disappointed. What he broke was one of your own rules, what you broke was one of the site's rules. If you didn't get punished you'd just continue to be this rude to everyone else.
