why verify?
some insist paypal buyers to have verified accounts , why does it matter?

has it got something to do with chargebacks, anyway how do u initiate one for educational purposes?

Being verified or not does not make any difference when it comes to chargebacks.

From PayPal page: "When you’re Verified, it means that you’ve provided a little more information about yourself to help confirm your identity."
