Need help!

I just need an answer to where to post my appeal, because I have been unrightfully banned. Not one admin / mod is investigating this situation, which is pretty weird because it's their duty...
Anyway, here is the first appeal that got closed because it was in the wrong place:

The reason you are banned is because you have been identified as an alt of a marked scammer, who you claim is your brother.

Unless this statement that be confirmed by one of the site admins, this account will not be unbanned.

I know that you guys identify me as an alt, but just look at my account, do I really look like an alt? Over 1135 hours of tf2, going to start a UGC team with a real life friend, 460 dollar backpack. What prove is needed to show I'm not my brother's alt, because now I'll do absolutely anything.
