tf2Outpost App for apple
this is so,ething i feel would be amazing and make my life and many others lives easier when checking your trades on the go. Currently the way its done, is you log in, have to get the code from your email, plug it in, and then you wait for a long load and finally when you get their you can view your trades. But god forbid you try to add one it breaks. An app in its own would be amazing because i would be able to skip the first two or three steps right away with one click. And if you could make it some how so you could actually perform transactions over your apple device that would be mind blowing. Im almost sure that is not something within your capability and would be compleatly up to valve to create however. Thank you for reading! Please comment below suggestions and ideas!

Tf2 and Team fortress 2 is both copyrighted names to Valve, Thus Apple can't accept the name Tf2 Outpost as a legal name for someone who doesn't have the right to use it.

Couldn't you just make it like "Outpost Trade App" and not put in tf2, or are the items copyright as well? Also would it be possible to just contact valve and ask for the rights to make a tf2 op app?

I'm not to familiar with the legalities of it, but i would imagine their items would be copyrighted. http://www.valvesoftware.com/legal.html is valve's legal statements, but they only mention team fortress 2, and the Team Fortress 2 logo, i'm not sure what "team fortress" includes, but i can only imagine everything inside of TF2. An app would be interesting, but i'm not sure what it would accomplish besides bumping trades and posting on others trades. I personally just log into outpost from the web browser and it seems to do the trick. To the best of my knowledge you cant trade on steam VIA tf2 items and whatnot, unless sneeza figured out a system how to.

if you look on the apple app store you will definatly see tons of apps with the name tf2 and team fortress 2 in them. im not sure if they got permission to use it from valve however. thank you guys for looking at and into this!
