cash trading
i have just started paypal trading, and i want to know how common chargeback scams are.
it would help me to set the margin to offset the risk.

or wat else i should watch out for

thats why you use a middle man and have them send the money as a donation

Refuse to do business with non-verified paypals. Be extremely careful with people with less than a page of rep on SOP. Don't do business with people with less than 1 year on steam. Check SR and open SR reports on them. I've been chargeback scammed for a couple hundred dollars total. It sucks, but it isn't that common if you're careful.

Nope, they were from people who looked legit and had rep. You can't catch them all.

Less than that. I did probably over 1,000 cash trades in my time, and got charged back twice.

k, assuming 500 trades receiving cash, the rate is less than 1%, negligible...
