i got proof: i gave him the hat and tried to record the whole scam but cannot find the chat history... there is a picute..

also he reselling all my items.... some one get rid of him and get my stuff back before he steals your stuff like me!!!!

Format your post as the instructions page asks and provide all proof that you have, including screenshots of the trade/chat.

For the future, refrain from trading people claiming to have money, but own no games on steam and are only level one.

maybe he got annoyed because you wrote everything in CAPS and scammed you therefore?

na actually he just deleted me and block me after he said i sent u the cash.
now i even asked the previous traders and my mates, they say he is suspected of a scammer

There's actually a lot you can do. That's what Steamrep is for, also Valve tends to restore scammed items.
