i cant log on HELP!

i cont log on every time i try it says:'Error code: 0x0411 — We could not receive a valid response from the Steam API to fetch your user data.' HELP

Which internet browser are you using? I'm using Chrome and I'm not having any problems.

I use chrome I have the same problem and cleaning cookies doesn't do anything with that

I have used every search engine what is compatible with windows and still nothing :/. I log off form outpost yesterday and still nothing :/
