Can't log into TF2 Outpost Error Code 0x0411
Since Outpost has the new design, I can't log into the site anymore. Everytime I get this message: "Error code: 0x0411 — We could not receive a valid response from the Steam API to fetch your user data. "
And I've tried login in for several days and hours

I have the same problem as you. They are really being jerks by not responsing to discussions.

We are not being "jerks". The staff is simply overwhelmed by all the work.
OP is a community of a few hundred thousand users, we try to address everyone at our best.

Well, I'm patient since I'm not that much into trading, but still I hope it gets fixed soon, no pressure.

I logged in today from another computer without any problems. Did you try alternate ways?
Like logging out from all sites (and steam) and login again, using another browser, clearing cache, etc? It could be a problem on Steam side for some odd reason..

Ok, I tried those, but it still didn't work. Now, for some reason it works, don't know how. Still thanks for the answers

Just got the same problem today, cleared cache, tried a different browser, made sure cookies were enabled, cleared cookies and everything.

whoops lol, It's still the same problem though, it's not like im just putting a happy face or something.

It's the exact same problem, I'm getting the same error message he did.

Same problem here, but I assume it's most likely due to Steam Web API being under heavy load/down.

"Error code: 0x0411 — We could not receive a valid response from the Steam API to fetch your user data."
