My backpack private?!
I have been on my steam profile and made sure everything was marked to public. I normally only trade tf2 items or rarely dota 2 so I never noticed a problem with my backpack.

Since the trading card thing came out, I wanted to sell some of mine. When I opened my steam backpack on tf2outpost, It said it was private and that friends only was not sufficient. I cannot list any of my items from my steam backpack right now because of this. I went onto my steam profile and checked my backpack privacy settings and they all say public.

Im not sure if this is a problem with tf2outpost or steam so any help is appreciated!

I just fixed it. I went back on my profile to try making it private and then public again and I noticed at the bottom there was a tiny box. It said something like 'keep gift inventory private regardless of inventory settings'.

I give games and stuff to some of my friends and I didnt want them seeing them early so I checked the box. The cards count as gifts so you need to uncheck the box before you post a trade!
