Selling scammed items.
I was recently scammed and the scammer sold my unusual to another guy and he is selling it through outpost. Is there any rule agains that can he get banned?

First off, your scammer should be banned from OP and have an SR/TF2OP scammer tag. And secondly, if the person your scammer was selling the unusual to had no idea it was stolen, then no he cannot be banned, and has a right to sell it. If the person the unusual was sold to intentionally knew they were dealing with a scammer and did not care, then consequences will ensue. Also, maybe try asking the person if he could possibly give it back, but remember, he does not have to and therefore has no obligation to return it.

If the scammer wasn't tagged at the time this user bought the items off him, he's done nothing wrong.
