I think threads that are not being autobumped shouldn't be closed after a week of inactivity. Sometimes it takes more than a week to restock.
I've seen a thread bypassing the inactivity test because it was set to autobump and people were making posts, but the OP was missing for over 3 weeks and hasn't been responding.
