I was having the same problems that everyone has mentioned. I changed to firefox and was able to post trades etc. So give it a whirl

im using firefox and i cant do anything, no bumping, no adding trade, no search, no closing trades, no deleting traded items

Just clear your cache, no need to switch browser.
