Minus rep on a profile
I do remember, WAY BACK IN THE DAY, that OP used to ban for leaving minus rep on a profile. Do we still do that or...? I haven't seen any recent bans for it, but (no offense, I really now you're working your hardest admins) then again, I haven't seen recent bans for ANYTHING besides phishing.

Only if it was on-site rep back when that was a thing. It was removed long ago.

We never banned for -rep on profiles. Partly because profile rep is worthless, pointless and should always be ignored in all circumstances, and partly because you can delete the comment.

We used to ban for abusing the +rep system to give -rep, but we removed that as well, since there were too many pointless "nice trader" comments. Rep's only purpose is to be given after trust based trades to verify a person's integrity for future traders.
