Ban Appeal

Half a year ago my account was hacked and i was banned from outpost. I was told all i had to do was post my steam ticket, but i forgot. I am just now getting back into trading agian and i have realized that i can no longer post the ticket. It says i am banned permenantly, just wondering if there is anyway i can undo my mistakes and get unbanned. Thanks

I still have my ticket so i can prove myself if at all possible.

I mean,theres a tag appeal but Idk if that consists of regular appeals. Also by the way, I've looked through some threads on steamrep, and I want to make sure of something, do you have an alt that's banned and tagged for phishing? Because I saw a report and the profile marked has a very similar description as your account does and has the same name (Nick).
