I understand that they probably have problems with PayPal or smth like that, but why is the donating bot inactive???

Please don't make another thread after 10, 20, etc have been closed. This has been disclosed as a legal issue by staff members, and the Donation bot collects keys which is turned into cash from PayPal, which could be another reason. As stated by the user above, there is already another thread.
