TF2 Outpost should have a waiting time for new players before you can use it, as minimum as a week so that when phishers with their new accounts try to get into outpost, their unable to. And after a week, new traders who want to use the site, will get a notificaiton saying "Beware of phishers" or something like that, and breifly telling them whats a phisher and how to stay alert.

Even though they might be successful in getting accounts after that week period, were still able to figure out, whats a phising account and what nots with the instant notification.

I really think this can dramaticlly decrease in the number of phishers on outpost, what do you think about this idea?
