Added value of paint?
So I've heard various opinions on the topic, but I haven't really gotten a definite answer. I have a vintage Foster's that is painted After Eight. The V. Foster's is 1.33, and the paint is worth 1 key. How much is it worth?

Usually Hat/Misc price+ 1/2*Paint price

better shot at just pricing it at cost of paint, if paint worth less than hat/misc then price the item at cost of hat/misc
