bought a banned account ?
Hello, I am new to TF2 and recently bought this account from a friend. He told me he has a lot of good items in his backpack so I decided to learn trading. However, the first time I tried to use outpost it says I have been banned permanently. Can a admin please contact me and unban this account from outpost ? I only have one paid account, so I rely on this to start trading. Please help !!!

I doubt they will do anything since buying and selling steam accounts is against their ToS.

You should've checked that first. It's not in their ToS. Not sure what can be done with that besides make a ban appeal.

I think my friend made an appeal when he was banned. now for some reason i cant appeal again

ofc its in Steam terms of service, you need to learn how to read its clearly stated.
