Buying Buds/Unusuals with IRL money.
How can one do this easily? I'm trying to purchase a Unusual Troublemaker's Tossle Cap/El Jefe with high effects, yet it's very hard to do so with RL money because I'm not a regular on TF2 Outpost.

Are there regular, trusted bud sellers who I can contact to get the amount I need, or how can I get someone to trust me enough to sell me their unusual through PayPal.

Get a Community Middleman from http://steamrep.com/list/M. Also, you can check a person's SOP rep on their thread, for people who are cash happy in TF2, they should have a lot of rep. If not? Use a middleman. You have to watch out for impersonators though. People have been known to impersonate people with lots of positive reputation, and copy and paste the real person's rep thread.

Also there are no "trusted bud sellers" you either look at their rep or get a middleman.

The safest way is to buy from tf2shop.net, but they have very high prices.
