Selling CD-Keys - Serials rule

Why selling cd-keys and serials are forbidden ? What is the point in that ? People are in tf2outpost to do any trades there. If you are talking about any scamming dangers, real money trading is the danger ! Or people still can do those trades anyway. Why are you making people feel ''guilty'' for selling cd keys ? For example i sold a lot of humble bundles. Some people cant buy it atm. Some people dont have credit cards, paypal. I gave them bundles, they gave me keys. All trades was perfect. So ?

Thanks, i thought it was something about tf2outpost. Is that for, disallowing people from making profits from sales of some sites ?

Can't say the official reasons, but there are a few that can be speculated:

1) Items can't be traded on Steam.
2) HB's goal is charity.
3) Game keys can be fake/stolen/used, it's very risky business.
