Scammed Out Of Bills Hat Please Help
i Have Been Scammed Out Of My Bills Hat Pink As Hell Painted And i Need Help He Said He Has A Saints Row 4 Cd-Key And I Agreed To Trade But The key Was Invalid And It didnt work
He has then since changed his profile and his name and i still have a recorded video and i will upload this to somewhere to prove it i will also post his steam user profile

Yes it is, and one of the reasons is to prevent scams like the one you report. Things could have went differently if you had read the rules.

i dont trade cd keys unless i get the cd key first :\ and if u always want to check the guy fast just ask for a middleman and he usually will run away and u dont get scammed :D but even if he agrees the middle man wont help u cause its agaisnt the rules for them to trade cd keys also lol
