Yeah, it has happened to me. I think that it occurs when you travel back in time but retain a connection to the present through the outpost.

But seriously I have seen it before. It is weird

Could be a discrepancy in your computer's clock compared to the Outpost server. Do you have your clock set to automatically adjust to the internet?

I set my clock normally,this doesn't appear everyday

It was a glitch where the timezones between the 3 servers lose sync, it rarely happens and fixes itself within an hour usually.
