Reporting a player (abusive & made improper offer in Steam)
So I had an unusual for sale asking for keys and buds bid only. This guy adds me and offers an unusual swap. I tell him no, he then tells me to suck his ♥♥♥♥.

I can't report him because he didn't make the offer on outpost, I guess. Anyway...here are screens.

We don't concern ourselves with this kind of event (Steam Chat), unless it contains evidence of a scam or other serious offense.
