It turned out i paid the hijacker twice on paypal, on 8th and 9th. Im currently trying to chargeback him, but i dont know how. Like all tf2 payments, you choose the family and friends option. It doesnt allow me to open a dispute, but as an unauthorised activity. Do i file it anyway and explain. Those payments were from my pp balance, and i used pp in between and after.

Steamrep has no problem of me doing chargebacks on such cases, but the method is not known.
