Why does bazaar.tf inventory refresh faster than tf2outpost?

ie: Have new trade open on bazaar.tf with said items, still havnt clicked make trade since they have buynow. Waiting on Outpost to put up a trade, as my item is STILL not in my inventory.

Because due to the massive amount of users we have, the backpacks are cached and only updated after a certain time has passed.
