From what I've found, it's almost always cheaper to get whatever games you want with keys, regardless of it being a sale or not.

The most recent example I can think up for me would be saints row 4, which I was able to get a preorder for myself and a friend for 34 keys after a very brief search. At $2.50 per key, it was a savings of $15, and more than that if the marketplace is taken into account.

Best advice I can tell you is to find someone selling what you want for an amount of keys you want to pay, then purchase the keys to go for it. Only buy the game directly if there are no sellers on the market and the game is about to go off sale.

It's often cheaper to buy them from players than in the shop, even when they are on sale since players have do compete with each other, Valve doesn't.
Thx guys
I still cant understand why the traders accept the loss .... It can´t be beneficial for them
Secondly ,there is anothe issuei i ´m afraid of ...and that´s that you could get a gift that is not for your region. Thx for ideas in advance

Game traders get it for less and they are gettin profit from selling you the game for keys
Getting games with keys can be much cheaper and if you know a safe game seller it can be very beneficial to you.
I personally buy games that are on sale straight from the store during the sales as itll be cheap and safer.

And if you buy keys from others with Paypal, you save even more.

Very true, though I like to avoid doing any trades with real money. It's a good alternative though if you're into that.
Thank you guys , I was just afraid as during the sales the tf2keys price will probably drop down to the freezing point , but that would be just for one day ...so I am like : buy a lot of keys and risk the fact that I might not use them cuz the steam price would be better ... On the other hand not buying them could mean that I would spent more money on buying straight from steam and would have to accept the loss.
Personally, I am waiting until the price of TF2 keys drop (if they do) and then buying up as many keys as I can so I can use them for my free spycrabs that I do occasionally.
