Banned for phishing
PLEASE READ IMPORTANT FOR ME
So I had my accout hijacked around 2 weeks ago. I recieved it back 8 days later. While my account was hijacked I noticed that the hijacker took my keys and got me banned from outpost. When I retrieved my account. I was trying to get my outpost back. So I told my situation and Helen one of the outpost admins told me that I need to email her the steam ticket. I did so. Im not sure if I have done it right but I need help and someone who could reply to me. Since I have proof that my account was hijacked and that now I have retrieved it! So it would be most kind of you to be fair and retrieve me my outpost!

Please reply, I would be very greatful since I am an active outpot user and I can finally trade on thursday (10th october) because of steam guard

I forgot to mention that no one has replied to me ever since.
When you emailed Helen with the ticket, she didn't unbanned you? There has to be some reason why she hasn't done it yet....

maybe there is but all im hoping is a reply for what I have done wrong so I can fix it, since I do have proof

I mean I completly understand that being an administrator is hard job and you can't reply instantly, but it has been 1 week. Maybe I can email someone else what I emailed to Helen and they can tell me what I have done wrong so I can fix it and provide proof. Or maybe Helen hasn't recieved the email. But all that concerns me is that I get an answer back that says what I have to do to prove the facts. I shall do so.
If I had the power I would gladly help you out, but I cannot control what the admins do and don't do so for right now all I an say is be patient and don't harass the admins as that will only create a longer wait time. Check to make sure that email got sent to the right address because 1 week is a bit much.

But if it is okay could you somehow redirect this post to one of the adminstrators so when they have time they can attend to this matter.
Either you can wait for them to attend to you (considering this was only posted 3 hours ago) or you can add one of them on Steam but make sure you obey their policy for adding as it will be listed on their Steam Profile.
