It is not broken. It's a form page. If you fill it with data, submit and then refresh it the data is sent again (browsers do that automatically). That's why it sends the same thing multiple times.
I new rule is being added to the forum rules to forbid site ban appeals.
As for the ban reason, this is similar to using objectors to gain attention, along with other things.
The item should attract attention by itself. If you had changed the letters order to YAG it would be a totally different thing. People are using this "artifact" to get attention to other items too, such as unusuals and promos, just like objectors used to. This will not be tolerated.
Some people are offended by these trades, and we also have a good share of young users. The word itself may not be offensive "as is", but it leads to many problems and reports that could be easily avoided by changing the letters order. And if the buyer wants to spell "GAY" he can always buy the letters, no matter what the trade's letter placement is.
Again... my trade notes: "It's ok to be gay. It's even more ok to buy this set from me for 2 ref"
