How do I add "offers" item when making a trade on outpost?

It's in the same page as all other items, next to "O" or if you want to find it faster click the open crate after all the class filters, and it will be there 2 rows below the stamps, next to Weapon

It took me several weeks till I found them. I think they should be made more noticable since they aren't actually 'items' so they don't belong there. A new category named '0' (before 'A') that contains 'Offers', 'Weapon', 'Craft Hat', 'Game' should do the trick.
