There are 69 collectors. Not anyone who hunts out #69s though. It's like craft #1. There are people who collect #1s but they don't really go out and buy every single #1 they see. Most are expensive, they couldn't possibly buy them all.

Also, about a #69 collector not being on that list, there are a lot of collectors who REFUSE to be on that website, speficially because of how the ownership of that website is/was handled.
