well I would love it if they make a new set of costumes (a lot of people don't like the idea so much because it takes a lot of space in the backpack, but then no one is forcing you to "GET ALL THE COSTUMES!!!") but considering the still recent MvM update, the fall and new promo items, and the upcoming halloween event, my guess would be that there are not gonna be new costumes this year (I whish there were) because those are a lot of work.

When it comes to guess if 2011s are gonna be up for grabs this halloween too, no one can tell for sure, some say that it's so much work that there are gonna be there for sure, others that it was a limited 2011 thing.... no idea, obviously if they dont get recycled they are gonna skyrocket in price because they are really good looking, but if they get recycled the price is going to plummet.

I personally like them a lot, and just in case of skyrocketing I have tried (without luck) to complete my haunted set but for my own use, so that I can be ok if they dont reuse them or complete my set if they do, good either way, if you are looking to buy them just for speculation it's your call but no one outside Valve knows which way it's gonna be, so you could make some crazy profit, or land on your face, good luck either way.
