It seems many people do not know what a relist trade is, and relist because they are ignorant of the rule...
I hope to make this much easier to understand..

SCENARIO 1

TRADE ONE
Have: 1 refined, 1 reclaimed
Wishlist: Hat A, Hat B, Hat C, Hat D, Craft Hats
Notes: Buying craft hats, 1.3

TRADE TWO
Have: 1 refined, 1 reclaimed
WISHLIST: Hat E, Hat F, Hat G, Craft Hats
Notes: Buying craft hats, 1.3

TRADE THREE:
Hate: Bills hat
Wishlist: Key, Refined, Craft Hat
Notes: Selling bills for 8 keys. Keys counted as 2.65, craft hats as 1 ref

TRADE FOUR:
Have: 1 refined, 1 reclaimed
Wishlist: Craft Hats
Notes: wtb craft hats 1.3ea


SUMMARY: Trades 1, 2, and 4 are relists. Trade 3, though they are accepting craft hats, is NOT a relist.


SCENARIO 2

TRADE ONE
Have: Bills hat painted white
Wishlist: key
Notes: white bills, 10 keys

TRADE TWO
Have: Bills hat painted black
Wishlist: key
Notes: black bills, 10 keys

SUMMARY: Not a relist. They are two SEPARATE items. Though similar, and similar trades, they are not the same thing. Not a relist

SCENARIO 3

TRADE ONE
Have: buds, lvl42
Wishlist: Unusual offers, bills, buds, offers
Notes: lvl42 buds for your buds + sweets, or offers

TRADE TWO
Have: 4x buds, lvl 42, 93, 21, 54
Wishlist: unusual offers, bills, money, offers
Notes: unusual offers. note the one is lvl42. offer on that, too

SUMMARY: RELIST. At least, the first one would be. They have the same item (lvl42 buds) in two trades, BOTH of which say "offer on the lvl42 buds"
It would also be a relist, as they are asking for unusual offers fur buds


SCENARIO 4

TRADE ONE
Have: u.hat ABC with effect blah, u.hat XYZ with effect neh. u.hat TYU with effect derp
Wishlist: offers
Notes: offers on these fine hats!

TRADE TWO
Have: u.hat ABC with effect blah
Wishlist: offers
Notes: none

TRADE THREE
Have: u.hat TYU with effect derp
Wishlist: offers
Notes: none

TRADE FOUR
Have: u.hat XYZ with effect neh
Wishlist: offers, money, game from steam, buds
Notes: none

SUMMARY: All of these trades are relists, including the last one. Not because the wishlist is not the same as trade #1, but because the same hat is in trade #1. Remove trade #1 and there is no relisting going on here.
