Has Anyone Created An Unusual Hat Tester?
I'm wondering if anyone has ever come across an unusual hat tester. It's been quite a long time since unusuals have been out and I'm kinda flustered that I'm not able to test try a hat before I spend a few buds on it. A skin that had the hat would work too, but I remember reading that wasn't possible.

Source Filmmaker is an option. Generate a model, set a preset, add the hat, lock the transform to the head of the model, and add the desired particle effect to the hat. Takes about 5 minutes, and works fairly well.

Yeah, I used SFM to try out some of my unusuals. Unfortunately I have a bad computer and the lag is horrible. Can't truly appreciate it

Tried turning progressive refinement off?

Yeah, but it's not that. My computer just sucks. Can't run SFM :3

A tip is to just search on youtube to see if anyone have put up a video of it or search on google or something

Couldn't you just use the hat on a server with replays enabled, save that replay and upload it to youtube?

What good does that do if you don't have the hat yet? And if you do have it why would it need testing?
