By definition a price you would be willing to sell the item for without question.

A person can price an item how they see fit. I'm not saying I agree with it, but I generally don't see too many overpriced B/Os. Care to link that post? I'd like to see the comments :P

I can't directly link you to the trade since I didn't bookmark it and it is probably now closed, but The items being traded included a Logo conquistador, Clean toothkickers, and the rest of a soldier set thats buyout was 6 buds when the set was PC'd at a clean 2

That makes sense, but I think the real problem is not knowing A: the hats's value and overpricing it, or B: not knowing what a buyout is.

I can set my buyout to 100 buds if I wish. It doesn't mean I will only take that offer though.

A buyout is the maximum price of a hat that is reasonable that you will take, not how many zeros you can type
