Price list
just a suggestion but maybe you should make a price list that users can vote for therefore making a fair community price list that is very flexible and it might stop people ripping off new users.

Yes but since there alredy is one that people use then why make a new one?

Actually, if there was only one that people used it would be vital to make another, the problem with spreadsheet was that it was only one opinion. TF2 items have no true value, so assigned values are nominal, hence, multiple opinions would be required.

Regardless, I feel it would be slightly hypocritical for a site whose rules include:
No derogatory statements made regarding the value of the trade or listed prices.

to have a pricelist. It would just be begging to be over used and mass quoted.

Seconded, I sincerely hate bazaar.tf because they have a "suggested price" 'Suggested' means go by this price or have your trade closed
