The Dreaded "Dishonored" Promos
I think we have all seen this trade along with the flame wars involved in it, I have questioned it myself, it doesn't seem fair that one person is controlling the prices for these items. Any opinions?

I just checked stats and there seems to be at least 3697 http://stats.tf/item/872/The_Lacking_Moral_Fiber_Mask of these, how is that 1 person controlling it? also everyone knows that the day these became tradable there will be a craftable and uncraftable (store) unique versions, so if anyone want it they can get it, if someone really wants the genuine why didnt they bought the game in the first place? People didnt want these misc because they look flugly as hell, and now you see they are "rare" (not that rare I think) and everyone "needs" them, I'm sorry but that is lame, also I'm pretty sure if you dont trade for them on day 1 but on day 2 they will be much more cheaper, freedom staff was consider super rare, now is around 4 keys.

Anyway imagine, not being this case by far, that there was a game on steam with anoher fugly promo, and only 1 guy bought it, then he has the only 1 genuine quality of that item, is it fair that he wants to sell it for buds? well he bought it, he can do whatever he wants with it. That said I'm pretty sure those Dishonored promos will be way less than a bills on the second day they can be traded, I still consider them fugly so I wont touch them with a ten-foot pole.

What? Did you just say fugly? How old are you?
I'd also like to add that the prices had no definitive value before someone offered this guy a S. Kritz for his mask. Also, not everyone thinks that these items are

In my opinion, they look quite nice. I was simply stating that the massive inflation for the prices of these things is being controlled by one singular person.

How is the price being "controlled" by him? I'm sure anyone with a bit of common sense wouldn't buy all that mumbo jumbo. The rarest genuines (not counting the ones that didn't come with a preorder) don't go for more than a Bill's. The rarest one (El Jefe) goes for ~14 keys but that is indeed quite rare with little over 1000 copies in existance.

Anyone sane in mind would take an offer above 10 keys and run. Just like the Freedom Staff these items will fall like dead flies, not to mention they're ugly as hell.

Seconded, but the thing is; no one has common sense.
