Question about not-tradeable items
One of my friend has good items, but he has not premium tf2. If he buy something from the tf2shop, or buy orange box, the items, that he owns now, become tradeable, or stay not-tradeable? He has B.M.O.C btw.

The B.M.O.C isn't non tradeable, it's his account which lacks trading abilities. If he owns any actual non tradeable items (achievement items etc) they will stay non tradeable.

If he picks up a backburner or something from the store for 39c (although I'd recommend a key) he will get trading abilities and be able to trade the B.M.O.C.
