where are people getting really specific item stats from?
I've noticed people saying "1 of 5" or something like that about a certain level of item. I've done a quick search but turned up nothing. Where are they getting this information from?

Stats.tf generally.
Look up an unusual hat and it gives you a full list of numbers and particle breakdown. For example the Hottie's Hoodie.[stats.tf] Of course, private BPs can't be factored into this.
