Sky rockets, Christmas and "about to stop dropping"
I just recently started playing tf2 2 months ago. Within the first month people somehow got the impression that Christmas wasn't an entire season away. With this being said I predicted the prices would fall. Did anybody else see this coming or does the blind lead the blind usually?

if you mean on for ecxamle festives is the prices always rising for christmas because they are christmas themed but the they will drop when christmas is over. If it was that you meant
Some people do believe the xmas themed items will drop in price around xmas because those who have bought them earlier were the ones who wanted them mostly and no one will want to pay 28342723 buds for a single weapon..

I doubt it. If people stop playing TF2 simply because there wasn't a christmas update, they'll be people we would have wanted out of the game anyway.

All the christmas items price fallen down. All of them, well not talking about HH, it raised like hell.

This was pretty simple to predict, especially if you were around for last year's Halloween unboxFest to obtain rare hats with rare limited effects. Two things have contributed to Christmas items going down slightly. 1.) Yes, a bit of the hype has died down. 2.) And this is the main culprit IMHO, the people that had these items and were hoarding them, quick sold for keys to yet again unbox crates for limited effects. It happens this way around every large unboxing event that Valve does. It's not new.

the rise in festive prices is absurd and anyone who sells any item based on speculation should be shot. you buy and sell ANYTHING based on current value (perceived in tf2's case), not what the item will be worth in 2 months, 6 months, 1 year, etc.
