A "steam support person/scammer Contacted me"
A person named MattN Sent me a freind request and said i have been Duplicatings items on team fortress and some one had reported it. He then said give me the item so i can scan it.

I said ok if you send me an email assuming you have it because well you need it to form an account ill give you the item..

he then said it will say you will be getting banned. So i said ok let me Prnt Screen this whole chat and then he said ok good bye in another language and went offline?

Help is this a scammer?

Yep, it's a scam.
Remember, Valve in terms of Steam are ubercharged/kritz gods, if they want something out of your BP, they don't need to ask you for it, they just take it straight out.
Valve never contact you about things like this, and I believe their names are in purple as well, although I may be wrong on that.

Either way, he's not a valve member.
