Report a translation problem
Don't forget that the report system is only for spam (as in just lines of garbage text), advertising and rude or harassing posts, which his post was none of.
Remember that abuse of the report system may result in infractions. Also, it may be interesting to note that a comment which only says "I'm reporting you for not being constructive", is not actually constructive in itself.
As with anything, experience is earned by getting your hands dirty. Since trading in Dota is rather new, I don't think there are any guides to help a newbie trader out there. Best you can do is join a trading channel and see what others have/want or look for trades on outpost and learn what certain items sell for so you can get a general idea of items and their value.
