Unboxing halloween unusuals
someone on my outpost trade says that it is still possible to unbox halloween unusuals like the wraith wrap, vuuduu juju and coffin kit. I want to know if it is still possible

The eerie crate and keys have expired, so it's impossible to get the halloween hats anymore. The chance of getting a Halloween effect is disabled after the season, for obvious reasons.

If he's talking about the new hats not the Halloween effects then I think they are still unboxable (although the Coffin Kit is not a hat?).
