How much does a low craft number increase the value of an item?
I have a #63 Siberian Sophisticate and would like to know what it would go for.

Not that much more, but if you find a lvl #63 collector you can get few keys

Around 4 keys, as a general rule;
#100 Is visible in game and can go for around a bud
#99 Can go for around a bill's
#98-51 Can go for about 4 keys
#69 can go for 1-2 buds
#50-31 Can go for 6-7 keys
#30-20 can go for around a bill's
#19-10 Can go for 2 bill's
#9-5 can go for 3 bill's
#5,4, and 3 Can go for buds
#2 can go for 1.5 buds
#1 goes for 5- buds

Mind you, these are rudimentary prices and generally only apply to craft hats.
