No spreadsheet will ever be accurate when it comes to new items. Best is to do your own research and keep in mind that new items usually drop in price, a lot.

Norby's right, never buy new promos as soon as they come out no matter how cool they are. It's better to wait until there's a price drop.

Sell them as fast as possible, but first look at other trades of the same items and judge how much people are asking and how much people are offering to buy them, then see if you can sell them before the price drops further, though word of warning they drop insanely fast.
