why does it not show profile info on the user. does not seem to be on steams end since its just him

I had this problem with one of my trades an hour ago too, the owner of my own trade is "Unknown" and I can't edit it, bump it, nothing.
Hope this gets fixed soon

Getting the same issue as of 10:41 eastern time with bumping my trade. Quite odd.

Any update on this? Is this issue going to be resolved soon? It's not really a big deal i guess but not being able to bump a trade for a day is a bummer.
